Natalia is founder of Neurotrend and our inspirer. As a person with 15 years of business management experience and specialist in neurophysiology and economy, Natalia was the very first one who not only started to talk about neuromarketing but who founded one of the biggest companies in this field with offices in Moscow and Singapore. She is a member of NMSBA global association and the oldest marketing research association – ESOMAR. Natalia leads “Neurocommunications and marketing” segment in NeuroNet Roadmap in National Technological Initiative.

Sergey is responsible for all the in-going and out-going investments, he is managing relationships with investors and investment funds. Sergey has two higher educations, in medicine and finance, has expertise in MedTech market startups and business management experience of more than 10 years.

Alexander leads all the scientific and production projects in Neurotrend. He is the executer of ideas and has the experience in management for more than 20 years. It is under his supervision Nuerotrend has completed several R&D projects. Alexander is also member of global Neuromarketing Science & Business Association (NMSBA).

Marina is a specialist with wide competency and deep knowledge of many related subjects. She has PhD in Medicine and PhD in Biology, she is practicing psychologist and specialist in profiling; in Neurotrend Marina is leading psychophysiologist, who also works with PPG and SGR data, she is specialist in the field of effective communications and neuromarketing. Marina has published 113 articles in scientific journals and has 3 patents and after all that work she magically finds time to climb mountains, go cycling, skiing and share her love with golden retrievers.

Anastasia received her PhD in Psychology (cognitive science and neuron systems) in University of Arizona in USA under the supervision of Prof. Kenneth Foster – the author of masked priming methodology. Anastasia was the first in the world who suggested using masked priming technologies in neuromarketing and she is the only expert in Russia using priming to analyze the effectiveness of advertising. She also received MBA in Oxford. Anastasia has rock-n-roll soul and sings in Martini Russa band, she loves Australia, Radiohead and scientific approach in everything in life.

Doctor in Biological Sciences, professor and the leading Russian scientist in brain-computer interface (BCI) technologies. Alexander Kaplan is a scientist with a capital “S”, whose ambitions are to search only for the truth, find all the answers and discover the great unknown. It is thanks to his work, neurotechnologies started to actively develop in Russia and gained interest across the world.

Alesya is the voice of Neurotrend, she manages all external communications. She is the creator of the first neuromarketing rating of advertising “Neurovisor”. With more than 10 years of experience in marketing and PR of innovative IT projects, Alesya is also member of ESOMAR (European Society of Marketing Research Professionals) – one of the oldest research associations in the world.

Ksenia works with various tasks of the PR department, creates content for social networks, works with events, and participates in the creation of special information projects of the company: Neurovisor and NEUROCAST podcast.

Yulia manages all the finances in Neurotrend and her work includes strategic planning, operational management of financial transfers, interaction with investment funds and institutions of state development. She also has many years of experience of managing R&D projects finances.

Anna ensures the synchronous work of all departments, monitors compliance with labor laws, and works with respondents to conduct neuromarketing measurements.

Olga keeps accountancy of all Neurotrend financial activities in order. She also makes beautiful embroidery, reads a lot and loves to travel.

Elena is responsible for analysis of financial management and administers business support programs. Elena is a member of Managerial Battles Federation and certified mediator, she fancies bio-haking and hip-hop.

Olga administers accountancy of all Neurotrend scientific and R&D projects. Besides finances, Olga dances tango and listens to hard rock.

Igor is a true business shark in strategic marketing! For more than 15 years he has been leading marketing department of large international companies. With Neurotrend he became the member of Neuromarketing Science & Business Association (NMSBA) – global association of professionals in neuromarketing field. The main directions of Igor’s department are elaboration of meaningful strategic business development, product solutions development and pricing.

Tatyana is responsible for coordinating the design of the research with the client, preparing the proper instruments, organizing and conducting measurements, analyzing the data obtained and preparing reports.

Michael has been managing advanced IT projects and research and construction works for more than 20 years; he also has MBA in Innovation and project management. The work of professionals under Michaels management provides Russian market of neuromarketing with high-accuracy equipment that is competitive with global analogues.

Egor manages all technical processes in Neurotrend, ensures seamless work of all the equipment in both the laboratory and the office and manages the department of system administration.

Evgeniy ensures smooth work of all PCs, network and software.

Sergey ensures smooth work of all PCs, network and also provides technical support during all neuromarketing tests outside the headquarter lab.

Alexey provides technical support for Neurotrend clients.

Nikon provides technical support for Neurotrend clients.

Yulia manages the department of software development in Neurotrend. She supervises the whole department of programmers and coordinates their work with technical department. Yulia has more than 10 years of managerial experience of IT projects and software development and it is thanks to her work Neurotrend clients get up-to-date and the most convenient software solutions.

Valeria has an expertise in AdHoc researches and more than 10 years of experience working with the biggest Russian and global clients. She is a member of Neuromarketing Science & Business Association (NMSBA) – global association of neuromarketing professionals; and a member of ESOMAR (European Society of Marketing Research Professionals) – one of the oldest and the most respected research association in the world. Under Valeria’s management work dozens of specialists in sales and research.

Adel has 5-year of experience in managing research projects. He is member of Neuromarketing Science & Business Association (NMSBA) – global association of neuromarketing professionals; and a member of ESOMAR (European Society of Marketing Research Professionals) – one of the oldest and the most respected research association in the world. Adel loves greatly but unrequitedly when everything goes according to the plan.

Olga is the person who accompanies Neurotrend clients through all stages of neuromarketing research: from the acquaintance with our products to the report delivery. Olga also loves biathlon, cross-country skiing and golf!

Olesya manages and coordinates the activities of fieldwork department, she is responsible for planning, budgeting, organization and supervision of all fieldwork stages in research projects. Olesya also support the development of Russian and global regional chain. Olesya likes psychology of personal and profession development, callanetics, dances and hatha-yoga.

Valentina is a great specialist in her field with more than 20 years of experience in law. She manages all legal aspects of Neurotrend business from R&D stages to commercialization and entry of global markets. Valentina also ensures legal support and protection of intellectual property of Neurotrend.

Daria is engaged in legal support of the company and tender documentation.

Elizaveta combines the competencies of an account manager and an intellectual property specialist.

Yuriy is a graduate of the Moscow Technological University with a degree in cybernetics, applied mathematics, and has been leading software development teams for over ten years. Under his leadership, five major software systems have been created and implemented.

Ivan came to neuromarketing from HR sociology: for 7 years after defending his Ph.D., he studied HR at Russian Railways. He compares his acquaintance with neurotechnologies with the “discovery of a new planet”! Ivan coordinates the conduct of neuromarketing research by the department's employees and leads his projects.

Oksana conducts a variety of neuromarketing research from advertising and websites to films and retail spaces, analyzes data, writes reports for clients, and translates scientific language into the language of marketing and advertising.

Inga is the new wave of neuromarketers, who first graduated from Moscow State University, where we have been teaching neuromarketing, and then she went to work for a neuromarketing company to put her knowledge into practice. Together, they combine a theoretical foundation, a deep understanding of the fundamentals of neuromarketing, and a practical skill in the application of neuroscience.

Natalia is a certified psychologist in the field of special, family, and gestalt psychology with more than ten years of experience. She works with a wide range of neuromarketing projects with an in-depth analysis of the psychological aspects of perception.

Zulfiya is a certified psychologist in the field of general and child psychology, an art therapist, and a specialist in applied behavior analysis. Zulfiya conducts various neuromarketing research with an additional analysis of the psychological characteristics of the response.

Elena works with project managers on the tasks of organizing neuromarketing measurements and analyzing research results, taking into account the psychological aspects of perception: Elena is a psychologist in the field of clinical psychology and psychotherapy by education.

Veronica is a certified marketer, and applied psychologist. Researcher of consumer behavior, economic games, and the psychology of the consumption process.

Irina takes control of financial reporting, payments, and interaction with banks.

Sergey ensures the smooth operation of all equipment, computers, networks, and also provides technical support during all neuromarketing research.

Polina, a neurophysiologist, spent 3.5 years at the University of Helsinki working with children with cranial anomalies and autism after defending her PhD thesis. Through her firsthand experience, she became convinced of the limitless potential of the human brain, believing that it is never too late to forge new neural connections. Transitioning from academia to business, she obtained an MBA and dedicated 20 years to medical marketing, initially as a brand manager and subsequently as a marketing director. Polina currently shares her expertise as a lecturer at the National Research University Higher School of Economics, mentors in the "Startup as a Diploma" program at ITMO, and serves as a PCC ICF coach with over 1000 hours of coaching practice. In her leisure time, Polina cherishes moments with her beloved family and indulges her passion for travel. Every morning, she ensures to take her Jack Russell dog, Zorro, for at least an hour-long walk.
